About the position We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Travel Consultant. This role focuses on assisting clients with planning and coordinating travel for destination weddings, honeymoons, and romantic getaways. You will support clients in selecting locations, accommodations, and travel arrangements while ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from planning through completion. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel and events space. Training and guidance are provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning destination weddings, honeymoons, and special occasion travel
- Research resorts, venues, and travel packages based on client preferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, flights, and group bookings
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, availability, and travel requirements
- Review booking details for accuracy, including dates and guest information
- Maintain organized records of client plans and reservations
- Provide support and follow-up throughout the planning process
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable using online research tools and booking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and timelines
