  • Telenett, a leading provider of remote healthcare solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Nurse to join our team in Idaho City, a full-time, remote RPM Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients by providing high-quality, personalized care from the comfort of their own homes.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess patient health data collected through remote monitoring devices
  • Communicate with patients and their healthcare team to provide updates on patient progress and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Educate patients and their families on how to use remote monitoring devices and manage their health conditions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Stay current on industry developments and best practices related to remote patient monitoring
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Qualifications
  • Active nursing license in the state of Idaho
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health or remote patient monitoring
  • Strong understanding of chronic disease management and remote patient monitoring technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
