IT Customer Service Representative

Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues. Intermediate proficiency in customer service skills.
