Office Manager / Receptionist

Bespoke Plumbing is a rapidly growing residential service plumbing company. We specialize in high quality affordable plumbing repairs and installations that our community can rely on. As we grow we are looking for someone passionate about customer service and is obsessed with organization to add to our team as our office manager. You will be responsible for answering calls, outbound calls to leads, updating tracking documents, scheduling appointments, and updating leads in our CRM system. It is crucial that this person is very computer friendly, is able to juggle multiple tasks, and can take initiative to improve processes to be the most efficient. The person we hire will need to have excellent communication skills as they are the first impression of the company to our customers. Benefits:

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience Required
  • Sales Experience Required
  • Office Management/Receptionist Experience Required
  • Willingness to follow scripts
  • Organized
  • Computer Savvy
  • Familiar with Scheduling Softwares & CRM systems
  • Experience with Service & Construction Companies a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:
