Attorney – Business and Real Estate Transactional SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking an attorney to join our growing business and real estate transactional practice area. This is a remote position for a candidate located in the Columbus area. Candidates should have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law. Preferred experience or knowledge in Business & Real Estate Transactional including: Business and entity formation, selection, and structure Contract drafting, review and negotiation Drafting of corporate documents for complex business transactions Buying/Selling a Business Real Estate Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing and Title Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions Real Estate Title and Closing Experience Commercial Finance including Borrower and /or Lender Representation Licensed to practice in Ohio Juris Doctorate degree required 2- 3 years of experience preferred This is a wonderful opportunity for an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for a unique environment where hard work and business development are encouraged and rewarded.
