Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data engineering solutions and cloud-based data pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensure technical alignment, and support overall team execution. Develop and maintain modern data platforms using technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Python, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools. Contribute to AI-driven initiatives by implementing and enhancing LLM, RAG, and intelligent data solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles. Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern data engineering practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and data technologies including Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Docker. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or equivalent technologies. Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable distributed systems. Hands-on experience with AI/LLM concepts including RAG implementations and AI-driven workflows. Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, vector databases, MCP servers, or similar technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across technical teams. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership at a project level. Preferred Skills: Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI Knowledge Bases. Familiarity with alternative data orchestration and database technologies such as Dagster, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or CloudFormation. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Experience mentoring technical teams or leading engineering initiatives.
