Lead Software Engineer
We're partnering with a financial services company, to find a talented Lead Software Engineer. This full-time position is based remotely and involves leading the development of scalable digital solutions. If you're passionate about driving innovation and mentoring teams, this opportunity is for you. *Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities:* * Spearhead the design and implementation of front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Provide technical mentorship to developers and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and architecture teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, testing procedures, and deployment protocols.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure consistent progress and smooth delivery of project milestones.
*Lead Software Engineer Qualifications:* * Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering leadership roles.
- Expert knowledge of Angular, Node.js, GraphQL, Typescript, SQL, and Java.
- Strong understanding of web security, including Akamai WAF and AWS cloud environments.
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
