Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service through email, live chat, and phone support, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our services.

Lead Generation:

Generate new leads through email gathering and verification, and develop strategies to convert leads into clients.

Call Handling:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Email Management:

Respond to and manage emails, including inbox management and comments on social media platforms.

Data Entry:

Perform data entry tasks, including research, transcription, data collection, extraction, encoding, and file management.

Project Management:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, reporting, and analysis, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Email, Zoom, and Calendar Management:

Manage email, Zoom, and calendar schedules, including appointment setting, travel arrangements, and reminders.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in digital marketing efforts, including ad posting on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Website Management:

Update and maintain websites, ensuring that content is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Background in Call Centers, Payment Industry, and Crypto:

A strong understanding of the payment industry and crypto is essential for this role.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to provide exceptional customer service and lead generation.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, including CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZOHO.

Digital Marketing Skills:

Experience with digital marketing, including ad posting on platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
