Paralegal - Hybrid
Job DescriptionJob Description TITLE: LITIGATION PARALEGAL Job Summary: Boutique law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience supporting complex commercial/business litigation. This role is ideal for a proactive paralegal who wants to operate as a true partner to attorneys-not just administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Support commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents (state & federal courts)
- Manage discovery, including eDiscovery platforms, document review, and production
- Conduct legal research and cite-checking
- Prepare trial materials, exhibits, witness binders, and deposition prep
- Handle e-filing, calendaring, and case tracking deadlines
- Maintain organized digital document management systems
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm required)
- Strong experience with commercial/corporate litigation
- Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and legal research platforms
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Experience with M&A, IP, real estate, or employment litigation
- Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) or related degree
