Role Description This is a remote position. Power Within Psychology invites applications for the position of Clinical Psychologist (Part-Time) to contribute to mental health services and program development. The role involves providing structured therapeutic support, developing skill-based psychological programs, and contributing to mental health awareness initiatives. The selected professional will work collaboratively with the team to design evidence-based interventions and support individuals seeking psychological guidance.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based clinical approaches
- Develop skill-based therapeutic programs addressing common psychological concerns
- Design structured intervention plans suitable for online delivery
- Contribute to the creation of mental health resources, psychoeducational material, and therapeutic tools
- Participate in mental health awareness initiatives, workshops, and outreach programs
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement mental health programs
- Optionally contribute to academic or teaching roles related to psychology education
Qualifications
- Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design structured intervention programs
- Effective communication and client engagement skills
- Sensitivity to diverse psychological concerns and mental health needs
- Ability to conduct sessions in a remote or online format
