Investigate and evaluate complex insurance claims in the Financial Lines and Casualty areas. Utilize analytical skills to determine coverage and liability for claims. Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim resolution. Provide timely and accurate updates and reports on claim status. Negotiate settlements and manage claim payouts within designated authority limits. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and effective claim resolution. Maintain a high level of customer service by handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to continuously improve claims handling processes. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities. Assist in training and mentoring new team members. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all claims with integrity. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management. Continuously strive for personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in the insurance industry.
