Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise in the Unix/Linux environment. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Unix/Linux technology to continuously improve our services. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. Implement and enforce security protocols to protect client data and systems. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements. Communicate and provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance. Train and mentor junior team members on Unix/Linux administration best practices. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Assist in planning and implementing system upgrades and migrations.
