We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contractor) to prepare two small bi-weekly payrolls and support specific day-to-day benefits administration. This role requires knowledge of non-exempt payroll compliance, timecard auditing, monthly vendor reconciliations and experience utilizing Payroll/HRIS systems. This role supports the payroll and benefit functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in payroll systems (BambooHR or similar), and experienced in supporting a non-exempt workforce while having strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets to leverage formulas, pivot tables and other Excel functions for monthly vendor reconciliations.To work at Talkspace, you need to be as passionate as we are about our work, and excited to partner with us on delivering quality mental healthcare. This is a 1099 contract assignment that is expected to last 9 - 12 months. Expected working hours are 40 per week. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time.
