Position: Office Assistant - Malaysian, Indonesian, or Philippine

Job Summary:Are you an enthusiastic and organized individual looking to join a dynamic team? The Elite Job is seeking an Office Assistant to support our daily operations. Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino (depending on the location).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Polite and professional phone etiquette.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Team player with a positive and can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in office administration.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the respective country (Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines).
