  • Technical Assistance: Assist customers with setting up and using their Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and more. Provide guidance on software and app-related queries.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided. Keep accurate logs and follow up on customer inquiries as needed.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to help Apple improve its products and services continually. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
