Senior Policy Lead
We are seeking a Senior Policy Lead to develop, deliver, and sell data-driven solutions to clients as part of our Reimbursement Policy Analytics offering. This role will play heavily in thought leadership, business development, and strategic management of project execution.
Requirements
- Strong subject matter expertise in life sciences healthcare policy
- Primary driver of thought leadership activities and presence for health policy offerings
- Familiarity with key data sources for healthcare analysis
- Experience working with patient advocacy and industry groups is preferred
- Ability to recognize and understand clients' business questions
- Develop data-driven solutions and analysis frameworks
- Execution of contracted work as strategic oversight
- Interpret and summarize results accurately
- Ability to create story-based narratives
- Leadership skills and experience in managing projects and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 15% - 30%
- Proven ability to contribute to a team and deliver results on time
- Economic, financial and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of high quality client deliverables
