Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants with effective communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Providing technical assistance to applicants, enabling them to complete their applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Navigating our computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to applicants' questions, ensuring that their queries are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being comfortable with multitasking, as needed.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Staying up-to-date with all arenaflex application programs to provide exceptional applicant support and ensuring that applicants have a seamless experience.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions to improve our processes and enhance the overall applicant experience.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to adapt your communication style to suit different audiences and situations.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual abilities preferred, with proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
