Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Revenue Technology & Data Analytics IT team. You'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions, develop performance dashboards, and create service level agreements with various products. You'll also have the opportunity to work on various IT projects, including business analysis, software development, and technical assistance for IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions
- Develop performance dashboards and service level agreements with various products
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software programs and infrastructure environments
- Participate in IT projects, including business analysis, software development, and technical assistance for IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve data entry processes and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management, or an associated field
- 2.5 GPA or better and at least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical, management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data mining tools and techniques
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycle, and cloud computing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience with data entry software and tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data analytics, data science, and machine learning
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, and R
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS and Azure
- Experience with data entry software and tools, such as data warehousing and business intelligence tools
