Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Staying informed about arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Accurately processing customer orders and prescriptions using arenaflex's systems.
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance, and product inquiries.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Support: + Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. + Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. + Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.

  • Product Knowledge:

+ Stay informed about arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. + Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services. + Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

  • Order Processing:

+ Accurately process customer orders and prescriptions using arenaflex's systems. + Verify customer information and ensure accuracy of orders. + Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Problem Solving:

+ Assist customers in resolving issues related to prescriptions, insurance, and product inquiries. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex's systems. + Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Documentation:

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. + Update customer records and files as necessary. + Provide reports and analytics to management as required.
