Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients seeking specific assistance. You'll be responsible for analyzing client experiences, documenting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience with arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking specific assistance
- Analyze client experiences through assessment, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify and resolve specific issues, including crisis/research bugs, and participate in event/power outage management processes
- Create and maintain accurate documentation to ensure a positive client experience
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide recommendations for improving their experience
- Participate in client experience improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
- Work closely with the Harmony Work area team to identify and resolve client disintegration issues
- Ensure that our clients have a positive experience with arenaflex, and that our commitment to developing a comprehensive environment is reflected in every aspect of our work
- Create a welcoming and inclusive team environment, and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work culture
Essential Qualifications
* Experience in IT or Workspace Sponsorship/Structure Association, Specific Assistance, Particular Boss, or support engineer work in a production environment in Development or VFX
- Experience supporting software, including Adobe, Nuke, Shotgun, Flax, Maya, Toon Impact Arrangement, Storyboard Master, or equivalent VFX and action tools
- Experience working in story, distribution, art, previz, vex, post, or other production and pipeline work processes
- Experience working with software support tools, such as Zendesk, JIRA, and Combination, or similar tools
- Experience supporting Cloud and SaaS Applications and SSO: G-Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and AWS
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and be a self-motivated self-starter who can initiate ideas and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explore, research, and examine complex issues using open tools and structures
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to translate information into database articles and client stories
- Ability to proactively seek out opportunities to improve client experiences and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with clients across various industries and sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a virtual environment
- Ability to cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment, and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work culture
- Knowledge of English (business level)
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
