Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking meticulous and self-motivated individuals to join our remote team as Typing & Data Entry Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and are looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity. You will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our internal databases and digital systems while ensuring the highest level of quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately type and input data into computer systems and databases.

Perform regular data verification and correction to ensure integrity and accuracy.

Organize, sort, and manage data files and source documents.

Maintain and update customer account information and company records.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 words per minute) with high accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms for data entry.

Basic understanding of office equipment such as scanners and printers (if needed).

Strong written communication skills in English.

Prior experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

On-the-job training will be provided for suitable candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn.
