Posting Details and Position context: This role is a part-time teaching position for Advanced Nursing Practice for Fall 2026 in the School of Nursing, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS), Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities

The School of Nursing is currently seeking part-time faculty to teach in the Division of Advanced Nursing Practice during the upcoming semester in the clinical and/or didactic settings.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree required to teach in MSN programs and clinical for DNP programs (doctoral degree preferred) OR
  • Doctoral degree in nursing or related discipline preferred for didactic instruction in DNP programs.
  • Teaching experience preferred

Certifications/Licenses

  • Current RN and/or NJ Nursing License (as appropriate)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Relevant clinical and/or didactic expertise in advanced nursing practice
