About the position Application/Business Support Engineer/Analyst. W2 only. Contract.
Requirements
- Experience supporting SaaS business applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with user license provisioning, access administration, and workflow approvals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for application issues, data entry errors, and vendor escalations
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Understanding of change control processes and production support best practices
- System administration (non‑developer) within financial services or professional services environments Benefits
