Luxury Travel Consultant - South Africa (Remote)
African Safari Group is looking for a driven and dynamic Luxury Travel Consultant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will work directly with international clients, converting high-value enquiries into unforgettable luxury safari experiences, with a strong focus on South African properties and itineraries.
This is a sales-focused position suited to a confident go-getter who thrives on targets, delivers exceptional service, and can manage multiple clients and bookings at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through strong consultative selling
- Engage confidently with international clients via phone, email, and virtual communication
- Design and quote luxury safari itineraries focused primarily on South African destinations
- Manage the full booking process from enquiry to confirmation
- Liaise with lodges, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, quotes, and client communication in internal systems
- Deliver a high level of service while managing multiple enquiries simultaneously
