Sales Associate/Merchandiser

Kohler Distributing Company is the #1 Beer and other Alcoholic beverage wholesale distributor in Northern NJ. We are 300 team members strong, working in a 250,000 square foot office and warehousing facility. We stride ourselves in providing the best support and service to our nearly 3000 retail customers.

We are currently looking for the right candidate to fulfill our open Sale's Associate/Merchandiser position. This entry level sale's role is the best opportunity for starting a career in liquor sales.

Individuals applying should be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

Position includes:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
• Overtime and weekend work occasionally.
• Provide support to Sale's department.
• Provide the best service to our customers.
• Build displays and set up Point of Sale items.
• Make Deliveries.
• Other ad hoc duties.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• An understanding of customer service and sales.
• Beer/Liquor sales experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (Company vehicle will be provided.)
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, etc. up to 80-100lbs.
• A positive attitude in order to develop and maintain great working relationships with our customers.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.

This is an hourly position starting at $16.00 per hour plus incentives and Monthly Performance Objective Program.
