Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents for public finance transactions
- Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys
- Assist in preparing materials for transaction closings
- Attend meetings and coordinate with clients, attorneys, and third parties
- Manage project timelines and document tracking systems
- Assist with document signatures, filings, and delivery coordination
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required; high academic standing or commensurate experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and dependable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systems
