Growth and Private Equity Analyst
Macquarie Group is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets and with 56 years of unbroken profitability. They are seeking an Analyst for their Growth and Technology team to specialize in Growth-Oriented Asset-Light investments for tech companies, conducting research, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry and company research
- Perform due diligence and financial analysis
- Create financial models, presentations, and investment committee memoranda
- Execute investment and capital raising opportunities
- Help manage and track the performance and strategic direction of existing portfolio companies
Skills
- 1-3 years' experience in private equity, venture capital, junior debt/equity investment or investment banking experience
- Strong analytical, modelling, presentation, research, and interpersonal skills
- FINRA exams are required or must be obtained within 6 months (SIE, S79, S63 as applicable)
