Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication, ensuring every conversation counts
• Navigating virtual meetings and communication tools with ease, utilizing basic computer knowledge to stay organized and efficient
• Building long-term relationships with clients through regular Zoom Virtual Calls, meeting them where they feel most comfortable: their homes
