Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, and warranty questions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Offering product information and assisting customers with website navigation, showcasing your expertise and passion for our brand.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Chat volume: 50 chats or more per day

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Digital chat experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with 55 WPM, demonstrating your ability to multitask and work efficiently.
  • Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
  • 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references, showcasing your leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
