Job Summary

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you'll be the face and voice of arenaflex for our clients, both internally and externally. You'll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with arenaflex to enable long-term success. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with arenaflex by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Onboard customers seamlessly and partner with long-term growth and success in mind

  • Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up from day one
  • Plan with Go-live dates in mind, proactively identify opportunities, and pivot to achieve results
  • Identify and flag risks that will lead to delayed onboarding
  • Be the source of knowledge for the customer for the products they are looking to onboard
  • Build a relationship with the customer to set them up for success with arenaflex
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Become a trusted partner and a technical integration expert, truly understanding the customer's business needs, present and future
  • Responsible for providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Understand arenaflex's product offerings inside and out to ensure that you can support your accounts in their arenaflex journey
  • Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating with all stakeholders internal and external, making sure that all parties involved in the project are kept up to date

Qualifications

* A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in an onboarding/integration manager role, with a deep understanding of how to launch and manage complex onboarding journeys

  • Experience in managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly ramping up to becoming a product expert
  • Creative approach to problem-solving and embracing the challenge with the tools at your disposal
  • Excellent communicator with great written and presentation skills
  • A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
  • Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, enjoying fast-paced environments and thriving in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility
  • A solid track record of achievement, e.g., had success in a top-tier company, delivered quantifiable business impact, quickly assumed responsibilities, or won competitive awards
  • A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
