Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn;
Follow up on inbound marketing leads within 24 hours;
Run discovery conversations to qualify fit — integration needs, industry pain points, budget, and timing;
Book sales-qualified meetings and hand off to Account Executives with clear, detailed notes;
Work closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality and campaign performance;
Keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date in Salesforce and Outreach.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role;
Strong research skills — you know how to find the right person and the right angle;
Good business judgment — you can quickly assess whether a conversation is worth pursuing;
Comfortable working US hours from the Philippines;
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
