Sales Representative
Description:Logiserve is a growing North American logistics and freight solutions company. We are expanding our U.S. presence and seeking experienced, motivated Freight Agents who can bring shippers, loads, or freight opportunities.
We are seeking experienced freight agents, and this is a role with a base salary & uncapped commission. Unlimited income potential - your earnings grow as your book of sales grows.
We provide operational support, competitive carrier pricing, professional dispatching, invoicing, compliance assistance, and fast commission payouts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to quote freight and utilize company-provided quoting tools to secure competitive rates.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in TMS systems is an advantage, but training is provided.
- As a Freight Agent at Logiserve, you will be responsible for driving revenue by securing new clients and managing ongoing relationships.
- You will have the flexibility to work remotely and will receive full operational support from our in-house team, including billing, accounts receivable and payable, and carrier management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, providing tailored solutions to their freight needs.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring top-notch service and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with our brokerage team to find the right carriers for your clients' shipments.
- Expand your book of sales by identifying and onboarding new clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market shifts to provide customers with the most competitive rates and solutions.
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- At least 1 year of sales experience (freight broker or trucking industry).
- Ability to quote freight independently or utilize company-provided quoting tools to secure competitive rates.
- An established transferable book of business is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in TMS systems is an advantage, but training is provided.

- A competitive base pay plus uncapped commission based on gross profit, with no non-compete clause - sales agents retain responsibility for their customers.
- Complete back-office support, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Operational support from our brokerage team, including load booking, carrier management and freight tracking.
- Bi-weekly commission via ACH for invoiced loads.
