Key Responsibilities:

* Provide live chat customer support to customers via arenaflex's website and social media accounts

• Handle incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and helpful information
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
