Job Summary

As a Part Time Customer Experience Manager at our arenaflex Store, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the front-end operations, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store recovery standards. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, resolving issues promptly, and promoting arenaflex's brand promises.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements - Ensure all front-end policies and procedures are followed; achieve your KPIs and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs - Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs - Lead the omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences - Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, maintaining a secure and organized store environment - Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial reporting - Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed - Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members, providing comprehensive training and support - Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development - Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store is running smoothly and efficiently during your shift - Interact with customers in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image; and serve as a role model for others - Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions to meet their needs - Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget - Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, expanding your skills and knowledge - In select stores without a Framing Manager, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time, planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

- Retail management experience preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching

Work Environment

- Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
