As a Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be part of a talented team that's dedicated to delivering world-class support and driving conversion.

Job Description

As a Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be responsible for offering support to authors, creative publishing professionals, and optimizing conversion. Your role will involve:

  • Offering support to arenaflex users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone
  • Reviewing projects submitted on the platform to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Building customer funnels to reactivate users and introduce arenaflex's features to them
  • Maintaining and updating our FAQ based on user feedback and questions
  • Suggesting product features based on user feedback
  • Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86%

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience automating support processes using tools like Intercom, Crisp, or Zendesk
  • A great understanding of on-boarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of your work
  • Strong writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling
  • Native-level English speaker
  • Availability to work every other weekend

Salary Range

$25k – $45k per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
