Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our sales team to maintain the integrity of our sales process, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain the integrity of our sales process and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Process customer orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
  • Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or Retail customer support role, preferably in a manufacturing or distributor setting

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer operations
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven capacity to multi-task and manage shifting priorities effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
