What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on helping our customers achieve success with the buying and selling of used products on our Archive sites. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding quickly to customer-submitted email requests, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
  • Troubleshooting and guiding customers through any questions or concerns, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Partnering with internal teams to solve larger customer-related issues, demonstrating your ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide expert advice and support to our customers
  • Documenting problems and resolutions, escalating issues as necessary to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Following up with customers to ensure that issues have been addressed successfully, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction

What You Need for This Position

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Strong customer service skills, including case ownership, a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience working with customers, either in a retail, hospitality, online support, or other customer-facing role
  • Prior experience with Zendesk is a plus, but not required
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce retail, including the principles of online sales and customer engagement
  • Customer-facing experience is highly desired, but not essential
  • The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and customers, using clear and concise language to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • The ability to work remotely with little supervision, while still completing daily tasks and meeting performance expectations
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • The ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Availability to work 8 AM - 6 PM PST, with a preference for working a weekend day
  • This is a part-time role with a maximum of 30 available hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a flexible work arrangement
