Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Customer Experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end customer service experience across all markets and projects. In collaboration with the Customer Service Director, you'll help define and implement customer service processes that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Improving customer service engagement and satisfaction through collaboration with the team and the use of technological tools
  • Ensuring the team is working efficiently, according to business needs, and following procedures and policies
  • Taking ownership of customers' issues and following problems through to resolution
  • Keeping accurate records and documenting customer service actions and discussions
  • Strategically leading and developing the team to enhance performance by setting clear, accountable performance measures and goals
  • Promoting an environment that encourages maximum productivity, service effectiveness, personal growth, and development, open communication, and teamwork
  • Coordinating the operation on a daily basis, providing timely, accurate, and rigorous responses to the team
  • Analyzing statistics and compiling accurate reports to ensure reliable data and timely decision-making
  • Collaborating with HR to establish recruitment and development needs, as well as performance reviews and follow-ups
  • Controlling technological, financial, and human resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Staying ahead of industry developments and applying best practices to areas of improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high level of English and Spanish proficiency
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in Call Center operations highly valued
  • Customer service orientation, with good knowledge of Excel, customer service software, databases, and tools (AI tools a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong collaborative work style
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with a strategic vision to anticipate needs and demands within the department
  • Provable experience in multicultural and remote team leadership, with the ability to lead and prioritize according to business needs

Location

You'll have the flexibility to choose whether you'd like to come to the office every day, from time to time, or work fully remote.
