Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced part-time data entry specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing data, reviewing and removing nonessential data, and combining data from multiple sources. You will also be responsible for searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete, methodically reviewing completed work, and investigating reports and sheets of data.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

  • Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
  • File information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Investigate reports and sheets of data
  • Sift through websites for information
  • Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

Requirements

* Mobile/Desktop/Laptop is mandatory for this role

  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail
  • Beginner experience in spreadsheets and databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Qualifications

* 10th/12th, diploma, Graduate, and others

  • Any graduation/diploma/qualification can join
  • Good knowledge of computers or basic knowledge of computer
  • Basic typing speed

Experience

* Minimum experience: 0 years

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
