Experienced Chat-Based Appointment Setter for Local US Businesses – Long-Term Contract to Hire Opportunity

Your Role

As a chat-based appointment setter for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for finding and contacting local business owners via chat (DM, email, contact forms, etc.) to book qualified Google Meet appointments with them. Your primary goal will be to qualify their interest in digital marketing, mainly paid ads, and update lead tracking sheets/CRM as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Find and contact local business owners via chat (DM, email, contact forms, etc.)

• Qualify their interest in digital marketing (mainly paid ads)
• Book a Google Meet appointment with them
• Update lead tracking sheets/CRM if needed
• Utilize basic templates and support provided by arenaflex

Requirements:

* Fluent in English (written)

• Experience with cold outreach (non-voice)
• Ability to get in touch with decision-makers
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Strong communication, accountability, and follow-up skills
• Google Sheets or CRM experience (bonus)

Payment Structure:

* $15 per qualified meeting (paid only when the meeting happens)

• A qualified meeting means:

+ The business owner or manager attends the Google Meet call + They are based in the U.S. + They run a local service-based business + They show genuine interest in marketing services

First-Month Target:

* ~20-30 attended meetings

Consistent Performance = Long-Term Work + Higher Rate
