Job Summary

As a Cash and Trade Processing Representative 2, you'll be responsible for processing basic and routine cash and trade operations in coordination with our Transaction Services team. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, applying your technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets our quality standards. This is an entry-level role that offers opportunities for growth and development, and we're looking for a talented individual who's passionate about delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

* Apply basic technical knowledge to ensure efficient customer service that meets quality standards

  • Assist with activities related to compliance and control, ensuring that all transactions are processed in accordance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Perform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aid in internal and external customer contact, providing exceptional service and support to our clients
  • Serve as a backup processor for team members during high-volume periods, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fulfill the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics and feedback from our clients
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding our clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency

Qualifications

* Previous relevant experience is preferred, but not required

  • Pass basic induction and operations training, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer skills
