What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will: - Be the voice of our company - the direct link to our customers - Take care of our French-speaking customers by phone, email, chat, and social media channels - Support competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service - Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants - Work with other departments together, for example, Sales and Marketing - Be part of an international and multilingual team
Your Qualifications
arenaflex is a great match if you: - Are fluent, verbal, and written in French (C1) - Have an advanced level of English (B2) - Possess strong communication skills: approachable, patient, and customer-oriented - Have a high level of empathy: providing excellent, customer-friendly service is your top priority - Are capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues - Have prior experience as a customer support representative - Are familiar with omnichannel support (phone, chat, e-mail) and able to work with many tools at once - Have a problem-solving mindset, curious, and persistent in resolving issues - Are well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure - Are proficient in using a smartphone, tablet, and computers If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
