Contract Length and Rate

We offer flexible, remote contracts with no fixed term, allowing you to work at your own pace. Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a live chat support representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A reliable device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
