The Role

As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You'll engage with clients, taking ownership of their issues and providing solutions that meet their unique needs. You'll also have the opportunity to attend the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA), which provides paid training, study time, and support to help you obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.

Key Responsibilities

* Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices

  • Engage with clients, taking ownership of their issues and providing solutions that meet their unique needs
  • Attend the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA) to obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex client issues
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Essential Qualifications

* Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA) training program

  • Ability to work various shifts to serve clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving others and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Eagerness to learn about finance and the securities industry
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience

  • Previous client relationship experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited university
  • Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills
  • Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Shown success navigating multiple computer applications

Benefits

* Competitive pay and bonus package

  • Starting compensation for this location begins at $51,400.00 during training (increases depending on related experience), plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings
  • Potential to increase total compensation to $58,740 ($53,400 base, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within the first year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases
