Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our night shift team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients
• Understand and strive to comply or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service
• Participate in training, coaching, and learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Exceptional customer service skills
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with computers, especially our CRM and tools
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in both English and Spanish

• Troubleshooting technical skills
• Knowledge of iCasino and Online Sports Betting
• Experience with multiple platforms and operating systems
