Key Responsibilities

As an HR Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a high-volume case load, responding to customer inquiries related to Open Enrollment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer open enrollment inquiries in regards to EDI files and COBRA, ensuring seamless communication with carriers, partners, customers, and internal teams
  • Documenting customer information and configuring settings as required by case, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
  • Communicating necessary updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and expertise in benefits administration
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies, applying your knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication and follow-up skills, with a strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the HCM or benefits sector, with a deep understanding of Open Enrollment, EDI files, COBRA, and benefits administration
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support or implementation type role, with a proven ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, insurance, and payroll, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
