As a key member of our administrative team, you'll be responsible for capturing and updating data into our company's databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work. Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Capturing and updating data into our company's databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work
- Identifying and correcting errors, and swiftly bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
- Scanning through information to identify relevant data and correcting errors
- Entering and updating information into relevant databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines
- Ensuring data is backed up and secure
- Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
- Handling additional duties from time to time as required by the team
- Accurately inputting data into company databases and software systems following established procedures and guidelines
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in data entry will be a plus
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of data confidentiality principles
- Access to reliable internet connection and appropriate remote work setup
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams
- A working camera on your smartphone or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
