SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all inbound customer service and sales inquiries
  • Closing and/or triaging sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Executing re-engagement strategies to increase the health score of existing members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Desire to learn and develop sales talents: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in their sales career.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, support, or sales: Your experience will help you navigate complex customer interactions and drive sales growth.
  • Experience selling or supporting technology solutions, training, or subscriptions: While not required, this experience will be a strong asset in your role.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer service: You'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: You'll be able to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and provide a customer-centric approach to every interaction.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts: We'll provide training to help you develop this skill, but it's essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce: This will be a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented: You'll be driven to meet and exceed sales targets, and you'll be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role: This will be an asset, but not required.
  • Understanding of AI tools: You'll need to be familiar with AI tools and know when and how to use them to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
