We're looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives with Italian or German language skills to join our team in Georgia. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer experiences for some of the world's biggest brands. You'll have the opportunity to work with various clients and campaigns, including Sales, Customer Service, Travel Consulting, and Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative with Italian or German language skills, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Travel Consulting Opportunities

As part of our Travel Support teams, you'll work with one of the world's biggest travel technology companies to help travelers around the globe find the perfect flight for their holiday. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on travel options and itineraries
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to travel bookings and cancellations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services

Customer Support Opportunities

As part of our Customer Support teams, you'll work with one of the biggest companies that provides legal music streaming services. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through email, chat, and phone support
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to music streaming services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' products and services

Technical Support Opportunities

As part of our Technical Support teams, you'll work with clients to resolve any technical issues they might have. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical support and guidance to customers
