The Role

As a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing spectacular first impressions to clients and customers across the country. You'll work from the comfort of your own home office or our headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas, using our cutting-edge technology to make a direct impact on our clients' businesses. Your day will be filled with a high volume of incoming calls, outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow-ups on previous job history, and communication with clients and internal team members using various software.

Your Experience and Lifestyle

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
• Administrative Assistant experience: While not required, experience as an administrative assistant will be a huge plus, as you'll be working closely with our clients and internal team members.
• Desktop computer with full video/sound functionality: You'll need a reliable desktop computer with a webcam, speakers, and a second monitor, as well as a wired noise-cancelling headset and high-speed internet.
• Dedicated and quiet office space: You'll need a dedicated and quiet office space, free from background noise and distractions.
• Type minimum 40 WPM: You'll need to be a speedy typist, able to handle a high volume of incoming calls and correspondence.
• Ability to work from home office: You'll need to be able to work from your home office Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to work from our Fort Worth office: You'll need to be able to work from our Fort Worth office as needed, based on business needs or for additional feedback and coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: You'll need to be able to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via phone, email, and text, with proper grammar and spelling.
• Professional demeanor: You'll need to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, respecting the needs and preferences of our clients and customers.
• Natural ability to thrive in a technology-rich environment: You'll need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment, with a natural ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Record of reliable attendance: You'll need to have a record of reliable attendance and the ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time schedule.

Technical Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:

• Desktop or Laptop with webcam and speakers: You'll need a reliable desktop or laptop with a webcam and speakers, as well as a second monitor.
• Operation System: You'll need to use a Windows or Mac-based operation system.
• 8gb RAM or more: You'll need a minimum of 8gb RAM to ensure smooth performance and efficient processing.
• Direct connection to router: You'll need a direct connection to your router, easily accessible from your workspace.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Working Conditions

This is a coverage position that requires you to work a fixed and dependable shift Monday to Saturday. You'll need to be able to sit or stand at a computer for extended periods of time, interact with a diverse population by phone or computer, and travel between team locations or offices for meetings, training, company retreats, or other off-site events.
